註:若使用含鹽高湯,則要降低鹽的用量。高湯可用水取代。
Note: Decrease the salt usage if using salted stock. You can substitute the stock with water.
做法
1. | 將高湯和鹽放進鍋裡燒滾。 |
2. | 每顆貢丸上劃兩刀,呈十字狀開口。此步驟可以省略。 |
3. | 等湯滾了以後加入貢丸,繼續煮到貢丸熱透。 |
4. | 把貢丸連湯舀進碗裡,再撒上蔥花,香菜和白胡椒。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Boil the stock and salt in a pot. |
2. | Score two crosses on each meatball. You can choose to skip this step. |
3. | When the soup is boiling, add the meatballs. Continue cooking until the meatballs are heated through. |
4. | Place the meatballs and soup in a bowl. Sprinkle the minced scallions, cilantro and white pepper on top. |
